hey there! I’m katie - a wife, proud mama to my incredible three year old son, and currently living in marysville, washington

when I’m not busy chasing my kiddo around or baking a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls, you can usually find me reading a book (big into fantasy) or watching the latest reality tv show (looking at you love island)

I'm obsessed with critters of all kinds and always welcome them to a shoot (seriously - if you bring your dog to a session we will be besties)

photography has always been a part of who I am, and after dreaming of restarting my business for years, I've finally taken the leap and am beyond excited to be behind the camera again

I have been asked many times what the name sull & rowe represents, and I can't wait to tell you because it's truly so special to me

my first baby was a 10 pound ball of fluff named monroe who I loved more than life itself. when I was pregnant with my son, we quickly figured out a first name - but couldn't come up with the perfect middle name

we wanted to pay tribute to our sweet girl knowing she wouldn't live forever...but what we didn't know was she would pass less than a month after he was born from heart failure. she was only nine and we were left devastated and heartbroken to say the least

we named him sullivan rowe and I'm thankful to have a little piece of her that will live on forever. she loved him so much, and I really do believe she held on as long as she could to meet her little brother before becoming his guardian angel
